"Platinum Kurumin" as a Company that Provides Superior Childcare Support
Based on the “Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising Next-Generation Children,” we are promoting initiatives to balance work and childcare. Our goal is to create a workplace where all employees can balance work and family life, even during various life events such as childcare and caregiving, allowing them to work with enthusiasm and fully utilize their abilities. Additionally, we are working to change the mindset of male employees to not only increase the rate of paternity leave but also extend the duration of leave.
In October 2015, our company received the “Kurumin” certification. Furthermore, in July 2023, we were awarded the “Platinum Kurumin” certification by the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare, recognizing us as an excellent “childcare support” company with advanced initiatives for balancing work and family life among Kurumin-certified companies.
