At our company, we prioritize Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) to build a sustainable future. Cultivating DE&I awareness and culture

Promoting Women’s Empowerment

We believe that by utilizing the perspectives and capabilities of our diverse employees, we can run a competitive company, and we view promoting women’s participation in the workforce as an important aspect of DE&I.
To that end, we are working to create a work environment where diverse talent can maximize their capabilities in line with the career paths they envision.

Training for managers: We provide training for managers to learn the basics of female participation in the workforce, and strive to create a work environment where they can provide appropriate support to their subordinates.

Career training for women: We provide training to give female employees the opportunity to think about their careers and support their self-growth and career development.

Company-wide information dissemination: We interview active female employees within the company and post the interviews on the company intranet to share role models and disseminate information related to promoting women’s participation in the workplace.

Holding roundtable discussions: We hold roundtable discussions with active female managers to share success stories and issues, thereby promoting employee awareness.

Support for Senior Employees’ Activities

At our company, we encourage all employees to constantly talk about their future careers and proactively develop their careers in that direction, creating an environment in which they can work with enthusiasm regardless of their age.
We will also support senior personnel with a wealth of knowledge in taking the initiative in their career development, making the most of their individual strengths.

Career workshop implementation:
We hold workshops that provide senior employees with opportunities to reconsider their future careers and support their proactive career development.

Conducting a Career Workout:
This is a workout you do with your peers to support your independent career development. Each session involves a discussion using books related to career development.

Conducting a personal interview:
This initiative aims to enable companies to implement measures that are appropriate to actual circumstances by providing a forum where they can directly hear from senior employees about their career aspirations.

Promoting understanding of LGBTQ+

We strive to foster a corporate culture that values diversity. With regards to LGBTQ+, we aim to create a work environment where all employees can work with enthusiasm by ensuring that each employee has the correct knowledge and understanding.
We support employees in solidifying their knowledge and promoting their understanding by providing mandatory training for all employees and disseminating information to the entire company.
