THE NEXT GENERATION
Our company is promoting measures to manage balancing work and raising children based on the “Act on Advancement of Measures to Support the Nurturing of the Next Generation” to prepare the environment for children to be born and grow healthy as they will lead the next generation. We aim to achieve all employees are able to balance work and family and they can perform at their best by creating nice work environment for them to work energetically and happily.
Our company got certified "Kurumin Certificate" in October 2015, and "Platinum Kurumin Certificate" from the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare as an "excellent company for child-raising support" in July 2023. Our advanced efforts in supporting work-life balance are acknowledged in public.
