In addition to long-standing railway vehicle export projects, the Sumitomo Corporation Group has been focusing on exporting railway systems to meet global needs since the 1980s. Partnering with major Japanese railway and vehicle manufacturers, we have contributed to the development of transportation infrastructure in countries such as the Philippines, Indonesia, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, and the United States, providing safe and efficient transportation solutions.

Social Infrastructure

We contribute to creating a sustainable society through infrastructure development in the global community. Currently, we are developing and promoting various projects in key business areas such as space satellite, aviation, telecommunications, ports, healthcare, agriculture, and energy, primarily in emerging countries. Each of these projects provides technical support and equipment tailored to local needs, contributing to community development and aiming to ensure safe and prosperous living.
